The Challenger Lifts CL10AV3 is a 10,000 lb capacity ALI-Certified Versymmetric 2-post vehicle lift engineered for shops that service a wide range of vehicles. Its exclusive Versymmetric technology with 3-stage front and 3-stage rear arms, combined with the industry-first directSPOT design, eliminates the need to reposition vehicles to reach manufacturer-recommended lift points — saving time on every car, truck, SUV, or electric vehicle you service.
Configurable for Your Shop
Available in three column height variants: standard (CL10AV3), 2-foot extension (CL10AV3-2), and 3-foot extension (CL10AV3-3). All variants share the same 10,000 lb lifting capacity, 74-1/8" rise height, and 2,500 lb max load per arm. Three adjustable width configurations — Narrow, Universal, and Wide — let you optimize column spacing for your bay layout and the vehicles you service most.
Optional Upgrades
QuickCycle reduces rise time from approximately 38 seconds to approximately 24 seconds. Dual Pendant Controls provide multi-position operation for busy bays. The EV Adapter Kit adds specialized lift point adapters for electric vehicles with sensitive underbody battery areas.
Installation Requirements
The CL10AV3 requires a minimum 12-foot ceiling (14 ft recommended), 24-foot recommended bay depth, and a dedicated 208-230V single-phase 20A electrical circuit. Indoor installation only. Confirm concrete specifications against the installation manual before purchase.

Unloading Requirements
This lift ships curbside via freight truck and weighs approximately 1,835–2,025 lbs depending on configuration. You are responsible for offloading at your location. A forklift, tractor with forks, or equivalent heavy equipment must be available on-site at the time of delivery. The carrier will not unload the freight.

directSPOT is Challenger's industry-first arm design that eliminates the need to shuffle a vehicle back and forth to swing the front arm clear of the tire to reach recommended lift points. It saves time on every vehicle you service — especially valuable in high-volume shops.
They differ only in column height. CL10AV3 is standard (11'2" or 11'8" columns), CL10AV3-2 adds 2 feet (13'2" or 13'8"), and CL10AV3-3 adds 3 feet (14'2" or 14'8"). All share the same 10,000 lb capacity, arm design, 74-1/8" rise height, and pad range. The taller columns also increase overall width, drive-thru clearance, and inside column spacing.
Standard models use a 2 HP motor on 208-230V, single-phase, 60 Hz with a 20-amp dedicated circuit. QuickCycle models use a 3 HP motor on the same electrical supply. Consult the installation manual wiring diagram and your local electrical code for specific wiring requirements.
The CL10AV3 requires a concrete floor that is at least 4 inches thick, reinforced, free from cracks and seams, rated at a minimum of 3,000 psi compressive strength, and cured for at least 28 days. The floor must be level over the installation area, and no anchor bolts can be placed within 8 inches of any crack, edge, or expansion joint. If your existing slab doesn't meet these requirements, a concrete pad can be poured specifically for the lift installation.

Yes. The Universal and Wide width settings accommodate most electric vehicles. For EVs with sensitive underbody battery areas, Challenger offers an optional EV Adapter Kit (EVFPK) that provides specialized low-profile lift point adapters, universal foot pads, 3-inch and 6-inch adapters, and a storage rack.
Three configurations: Narrow (110" inside columns, 100" drive-thru, for tight bays), Universal (116" inside, 106" drive-thru, fits cars, SUVs, trucks, most EVs), and Wide (122" inside, 112" drive-thru, optimal for luxury vehicles and EVs).
Standard models with the 2 HP motor rise in approximately 38 seconds. The optional QuickCycle upgrade uses a 3 HP motor and reduces rise time to approximately 27 seconds — roughly 29% faster. QuickCycle models can lower in approximately 17 seconds.
The DPC option adds dual single-point mechanical lock release with pendant power controls at both columns, a stack adapter kit (Part No. 10315), document caddy (Part No. 10320), and pendant holder (Part No. 10321). DPC models require single-phase power only.
The EV package includes 4x EVFPK low-profile EV-ready foot pads, 4x universal foot pads, 4x 3-inch adapters, 4x 6-inch adapters, 2x adapter organizer caddies, and a storage rack. It prepares the lift for safely servicing all electric vehicles.

The CL10AV3 requires daily visual checks for loose or broken parts, hydraulic leaks, and adapter wear. Weekly, inspect synchronizer cables, sheaves, and lock release cable adjustment. Monthly, torque all concrete anchor bolts to the manufacturer-specified setting, lubricate carriage slide tracks with heavy viscous grease on all four corners of both columns, and inspect the concrete floor for cracks within 12 inches of the base plates. Always use genuine Challenger Lifts replacement parts.
