Service & Repair

Shop Air Lines

The air distribution system from your compressor to every tool, lift, and piece of equipment in the shop. Installed, repaired, and upgraded.

We install new air line systems and repair or upgrade existing ones. The piping material matters: it affects pressure drop, moisture, maintenance, and how long the system lasts. For the compressor itself, see air compressor service. All service work is on service and repair.

What We Install & Service

  • Main trunk lines: the primary run from the compressor or receiver to the shop floor, sized for your CFM demand and future growth.
  • Drops and outlets: individual drops at each bay with quick-connect fittings, regulators, and filters, wall-mount or overhead.
  • Air reels: retractable hose reels at each work station. Overhead mount is standard and keeps hoses off the floor.
  • Moisture control: water separators, inline filters, and dryer integration at the compressor and at the point of use. Moisture destroys tools and ruins paint.
  • Leak repair and upgrades: leaks make your compressor run harder and longer to hold pressure. We find them, repair or replace fittings, and upgrade problem sections.
  • System expansion: adding bays, drops, or lines for new equipment. Aluminum systems are the easiest to expand; we can add a branch in an hour.

Common Questions

Yes. We do full and partial upgrades, and we can phase it: the main trunk first, then convert drops over time. Aluminum is easier to modify later if you reconfigure bays or add equipment.

Yes. Air leaks cost money: your compressor runs harder and longer to maintain pressure. We find leaks, repair or replace fittings, and upgrade problem sections.
