Oil Delivery Systems & Oil Tanks

The fluid handling system keeps a lube bay or service shop moving. We install complete fresh oil and waste oil systems, and we service them regardless of who built them. Air distribution is covered on shop air lines; all service work is on service and repair.

Fresh Oil Piston Pumps

Pneumatic piston pumps push fresh oil from bulk tanks to the dispensing point at each bay. They run all day and they wear out. We rebuild stub pumps, fire-ball style pumps, and drum-mount pumps on site (piston seal kits, packings, check balls, o-rings), replace pumps with the correct ratio, output, and mounting when a rebuild isn't worth it, and fix pumps that won't prime, which is usually an air leak on the suction side, worn check valves, or a clogged strainer.

Waste Oil Diaphragm Pumps

Air-operated diaphragm pumps move waste oil from the drain points to the collection tank, and they see the worst fluid in the shop. We replace diaphragms on site, clean and replace clogged check balls, seats, and flap valves, and rebuild the air section or replace the whole pump.

Reels, Meters & Piping

• Oil reels: spring rewind service, hose replacement, swivel repair, and meter calibration. New overhead or wall-mount setups installed.
• Meters: preset meters calibrated and repaired so you put the right amount in every vehicle; flow meters to track each bay's usage.
• Fresh oil lines: Schedule 40 black pipe or copper from bulk tanks to dispensing points. New runs, leak repairs, rerouting for bay changes.
• Waste oil lines: drain lines from each bay to the waste oil tank, gravity or pump-assisted.

Custom Oil Tanks

Standard sizes don't always fit real shops: tight mechanical rooms, low ceilings, narrow alleys alongside the building. We build above-ground fresh oil and waste oil tanks to fit where they need to go, including multi-product tanks for different viscosities and combo setups. Double-wall tanks build in secondary containment for spill prevention and leak detection, and we recommend them for waste oil and fresh oil alike.

Tanks come set up with pump mounts, sight gauges, fill ports, vents, and piping connections. We handle delivery, placement, leveling, connections, and testing, and coordinate the initial fill with your oil supplier. Afterward we handle gauge replacement, valve and leak repair, repainting, and vent service.
