Atlas HT-ACL: Professional Motorcycle and ATV Maintenance Platform

The Atlas HT-ACL delivers the precision and functionality your motorcycle and ATV maintenance requires. With pneumatic operation and a removable rear plate design, the HT-ACL separates itself from fixed-platform lifts by giving you true accessibility to your bike's most critical components. Simply connect to shop air, position your motorcycle securely in the front wheel vise, and raise it to your preferred working height. The flat platform design with removable rear plate provides unobstructed access for tire replacement, chain service, and suspension work without disassembling or repositioning your machine. Panther Lift engineered the HT-ACL for motorcycle enthusiasts, dealerships, and service shops that demand efficient, tool-friendly maintenance solutions.

Flat Platform with Rear Plate Access

Unlike specialty rotisseries or drop-tail designs, the HT-ACL's flat platform accommodates motorcycles and ATVs with a removable plate on the rear section. This feature gives you direct access to rear wheels and chain components without complex mechanical repositioning. Once your motorcycle is secured in the front wheel vise, simply remove the rear plate when you need to work on tires, chains, or suspension components. The approach ramp included with the HT-ACL makes loading your bike simple and safe, whether you're working with street bikes, cruisers, dual-sport motorcycles, or ATVs up to 1000 pounds.

Pneumatic Lifting and Multi-Height Positioning

The HT-ACL lifts via shop air at 90-100 PSI, requiring no electrical circuits or permanent installation. A foot-operated air valve lets you raise and lower the lift hands-free, keeping your hands available for work or balance during adjustments. The platform rises approximately 25 inches from its minimum height of 7 inches, accommodating everything from floor-level tire work to comfortable ergonomic positions for suspension and chain maintenance. A safety bar with multiple locking positions via clevis pins holds your machine at any height, providing security throughout your maintenance tasks. For dealerships and shops, this pneumatic design means simple integration into existing compressed air systems.

Secure Motorcycle Positioning and Maintenance Features

The HT-ACL's front wheel vise system secures your motorcycle firmly with both movable and stationary vise assemblies, preventing movement during work. An adjustable shelf provides storage for tools and small parts, keeping everything organized within arm's reach. Monthly maintenance of moving parts, occasional bolt checks, and seasonal piston rod lubrication keep the lift operating smoothly. The compact design with two repositioning wheels allows you to move the HT-ACL within your service bay, and indoor-only use preserves the lift's mechanical precision and longevity. Whether you're a hobbyist working on your personal bike or a professional technician serving multiple customers, the HT-ACL delivers stable, reliable elevation for complete motorcycle care.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Atlas HT-ACL accommodates motorcycles and ATVs up to 1000 pounds, including street bikes, cruisers, dual-sport bikes, adventure bikes, and most utility ATVs. The flat platform and vise system work with various frame geometries and wheelbases. Contact Panther Lift if you have questions about specific bike compatibility.
The HT-ACL operates at 90-100 PSI. DO NOT exceed 100 PSI, as overpressure can damage seals and compromise safety. Most shop air systems deliver 90-100 PSI, so standard infrastructure works perfectly. Use a regulator to control pressure if your system runs higher.
Simply remove the rear plate from the platform once your motorcycle is lifted. This gives you complete access to the rear wheel, tire, chain, and suspension components without repositioning the bike or disassembling any part of the lift. The removable design is the HT-ACL's signature feature.
Yes. The multi-height positioning and stable platform make the HT-ACL ideal for suspension work, brake service, electrical repairs, and general detailing. The vise system keeps your bike secure while you work on any component accessible from above.
Monthly lubrication of all moving parts keeps the lift operating smoothly. Check stay bolts for tightness, oil the piston rod when it appears dry, and lubricate the piston seal monthly. A well-maintained HT-ACL will serve you reliably for years with minimal downtime.
Yes. Panther Lift provides professional lift installation services throughout the United States. Our installation team handles everything from concrete inspection and electrical prep to full lift assembly, hydraulic setup, and final safety testing. Contact us to schedule an installation or to get a quote for your location.
Yes. The HT-ACL features a flat platform with a removable rear plate for direct component access, making it ideal for tire and chain work. The CycleLift has a drop-tail design better suited for other maintenance approaches. Both are excellent; the choice depends on your specific workflow and maintenance priorities.
Indoor use only is recommended. The HT-ACL's pneumatic components and mechanical seals perform best in controlled shop environments. Outdoor exposure to moisture, temperature extremes, and UV can affect performance and lifespan. Store indoors when not in use.
Use a regulator to reduce and stabilize pressure at 90-100 PSI. Overpressure damages seals and compromises safety. Regulators are inexpensive and easy to install on your air line feeding the HT-ACL, protecting your lift and extending its service life.
The HT-ACL has two repositioning wheels that allow you to move it within your service bay without permanent installation. It is not designed for frequent relocation between shops or long-distance transport once positioned. Treat it as a permanent or semi-permanent installation in your facility.
Basic wrenches for bolt checks, light machine oil for the piston rod, and general-purpose grease for moving parts are all you need. Detailed maintenance guidance is included with your purchase. Panther Lift technical support is available if you have maintenance questions.
The rear plate is designed for weight distribution across the platform. Do not exceed the 1000 lb total lift capacity. When you remove the plate, ensure your motorcycle remains balanced on the front vise and platform. Never stack tools or heavy items on the rear plate area when removed.
