StayDry Protection for EW0820 Series Lifts

The Challenger SD100EW is the StayDry automatic liquid removal system engineered specifically for EW0820 inground lifts. While the standard SD100 covers traditional electric/hydraulic cassettes, the SD100EW uses a dedicated EW Stay Dry Bracket and modified installation procedure to fit the EW0820's interior frame geometry. The result is the same reliable protection — automatic, continuous removal of water, condensation, and oil from the cassette tub to prevent corrosion and hydraulic contamination.

EW-Specific Bracket and Installation

The SD100EW kit includes a purpose-built EW Stay Dry Bracket that mounts to the existing studs inside the EW0820 cassette. The faceplate assembly with pump, strainer, and filter/regulator hangs from the bracket using 3/8" flanged bolts. A 1/2" O.D. tube with ballast weight collects liquid from the cassette bottom, and the 3/8" air line connects from the filter/regulator to the pump's air inlet. All tubing, hose clamps, and fittings are included for a complete installation.
