Keep Your Inground Lift Cassette Dry Automatically

The Challenger SD100 StayDry system is an automatic liquid removal solution designed for traditional electric/hydraulic inground lift cassettes. Water infiltration, condensation, and oil seepage in cassette tubs cause corrosion, contaminate hydraulic fluid, and lead to premature lift failure. The SD100 eliminates these problems with an air-powered diaphragm pump that continuously monitors and removes accumulated liquids from the cassette tub — no manual draining, no sump checks, no downtime.

Air-Powered with Built-In Filtration

The system uses shop air to drive a diaphragm pump that pulls liquid from the bottom of the cassette tub through a strainer and inline filter. A filter/regulator conditions the air supply for consistent pump operation. Liquid is routed through 1/2" tubing to a collection point outside the cassette. The strainer prevents debris from clogging the pump, and the direction-of-flow arrow ensures correct installation for reliable long-term operation. The SD100 mounts inside the cassette using the included faceplate and bracket hardware.

Frequently Asked Questions

The SD100 is designed for Challenger traditional electric/hydraulic inground lift cassettes. For EW0820 series lifts, see the SD100EW variant.
The SD100 is air-powered — it uses shop compressed air to drive the diaphragm pump. No electrical connection is needed for the pump itself.
The system removes water, groundwater infiltration, condensation, and minor oil seepage that accumulates in the cassette tub over time.
Yes. A collection bucket (supplied by the customer) is needed to receive the liquid discharged from the cassette. The 1/2" discharge tube routes liquid to the collection point.
The pump, strainer, and filter/regulator mount to a faceplate that installs inside the cassette. A 1/2" tube with ballast weight sits in the cassette tub to collect liquid, and tubing routes to the external collection point.
Periodically check the strainer for debris buildup, verify the filter/regulator is functioning, and empty the collection bucket as needed. The system is designed for low-maintenance, continuous operation.
