Challenger RJ7.5 — 7,500 lb Air/Hydraulic Rolling Jack

The Challenger RJ7.5 is a 7,500 lb capacity air/hydraulic rolling jack designed for use on Challenger 4015, 4115, and 4P14 series 4-post lifts. Rail-mounted and foot pedal operated, the RJ7.5 rolls along the lift's accessory rails to position under each axle, giving technicians free-wheel access for brake, tire, and suspension work without removing the vehicle from the lift. Adjustable side members accommodate runway widths from 40 to 43 inches, and the included FLR (filter, lubricator, regulator) assembly connects to your shop's compressed air supply via a standard ¼ NPT quick disconnect coupling.

Key Specifications & Operation

The RJ7.5 lifts from a lowered height of approximately 3.25 to 3.625 inches to a raised height of 13.25 to 13.625 inches, depending on the lift model. The extendable lift pad arms reach from 33 inches (retracted) to over 50 inches (extended) at center, allowing precise positioning under factory lift points on a wide range of vehicles. The air/hydraulic pump is activated by a foot pedal — no hand pumping required — and the jack features a mechanical lock at the raised position for secure vehicle support. Two 3-inch stack extensions are included for additional height when servicing trucks, SUVs, and vehicles with higher ground clearance. Maximum air operating pressure is 150 PSI.

Compatibility & Installation

The RJ7.5 is compatible with all Challenger 4015, 4115, and 4P14 series 4-post lifts equipped with accessory rails. Installation requires mounting the jack assembly on the lift rack rails and securing it with four hex bolts (two per side). An internal airline kit (sold separately) is required to route compressed air through the lift's columns and runways to each rolling jack position — select the correct airline kit for your specific lift model. Most 4-post lift setups use two rolling jacks (one per axle) for complete free-wheel access. The RJ7.5 is sold individually.

Before You Buy

Lift Compatibility

This rolling jack is designed for use with Challenger 4015, 4115, and 4P14 series 4-post lifts only. Verify your lift model before ordering. Not compatible with other lift series, scissor lifts, or 2-post lifts.

Air Supply Required

The RJ7.5 requires a compressed air supply (max 150 PSI) for operation. An air compressor is not included. An internal airline kit (sold separately) is required to route air to the rolling jack positions on your lift.

Airline Kit Required

To operate the RJ7.5 on your 4-post lift, you need the matching internal airline kit: 40230-E for E-series lifts or 40230-X for X-series lifts. The airline kit routes compressed air through the lift's columns and runways to both rolling jack positions.

Sold Individually

This rolling jack is sold as a single unit. Most 4-post lift setups use two rolling jacks (one per axle). Order quantity of 2 for a complete set.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Challenger RJ7.5 is compatible with all Challenger 4015, 4115, and 4P14 series 4-post lifts equipped with accessory rails. It is not compatible with other lift series or brands.
The RJ7.5 requires a compressed air supply connected via a standard ¼ NPT quick disconnect coupling. Maximum air operating pressure is 150 PSI. An internal airline kit (sold separately) is required to route air through the lift's columns and runways to the rolling jack positions.
Yes. To operate the RJ7.5 on your 4-post lift, you need the correct internal airline kit for your specific lift model. The airline kit routes compressed air through the lift's internal structure to each rolling jack position. Select the 40230-E for 4P14EFX, 4015E, and 4115E models, or the 40230-X for 4P14XFX, 4015X, and 4115X models.
The RJ7.5's side members adjust from 40 to 43 inches wide to accommodate different runway widths across the 4P14, 4015, and 4115 lift series. Width is set during installation by adjusting the side members and securing them with four hex bolts.
The RJ7.5 lifts from approximately 3.25 to 3.625 inches (lowered) to 13.25 to 13.625 inches (raised), depending on the lift model. The extendable center lift pad arms reach from 33 inches retracted to over 50 inches extended for precise positioning under vehicle lift points.
Yes, two 3-inch stack extensions are included with the RJ7.5. These provide additional height for reaching lift points on trucks, SUVs, and vehicles with higher ground clearance. Optional 6-inch (10355-6) and 9-inch (10355-9) stack extensions are available separately for even greater reach.
The RJ7.5 is sold individually (one rolling jack per order). Most 4-post lift setups use two rolling jacks — one positioned under each axle — for complete free-wheel access. Order a quantity of 2 for a complete set.
Installation involves three steps: (1) Install a ¼ NPT male quick disconnect coupling in the air inlet of the FLR assembly. (2) Place the jack assembly on the lift rack rails. (3) Adjust the side members to center the jack between the rails and tighten the four hex bolts to lock it in place. Connect your shop air supply and cycle the jack through a couple of test operations before lifting a vehicle.
