The Challenger RJ15 is a heavy-duty 15,000 lb capacity air/hydraulic rolling jack designed for the Challenger 4030 series 4-post lifts. Built for commercial truck shops and fleet service environments, the RJ15 handles the weight of heavy-duty vehicles including medium-duty trucks, large SUVs, and commercial fleet vehicles. Rail-mounted and foot pedal operated, the RJ15 rolls along the lift's accessory rails to position under each axle for free-wheel access during brake, tire, and drivetrain service.

Compatibility & Installation

The RJ15 is compatible with Challenger 4030 series 4-post lifts only. Installation involves loosening the side-member bolts, removing the capture plates, placing the jack on the lift rails, reinstalling the capture plates, and adjusting the side members to center the jack. The jack connects to the lift's air supply via a ¼ NPT quick disconnect coupling, and an internal airline kit (sold separately) is required to route compressed air to the rolling jack positions. Air Supply Required

The RJ15 requires a compressed air supply (max 150 PSI) for operation. An air compressor is not included. An internal airline kit (sold separately) is required to route air to the rolling jack positions.
