Challenger E15 — 15,000 lb Heavy-Duty 2-Post Lift

The Challenger E15 is an economic heavy-duty 2-post lift designed for servicing trucks, vans, and other vehicles up to 15,000 lbs. This ALI and ETL-Certified lift features heavy-duty 2-stage front and 2-stage rear symmetric arms with a built-in adjustable column height that accommodates both standard and higher-profile vehicles. Standard equipment includes stack adapters, heavy-duty polyurethane screw pads, a padded overhead shut-off system, dual integrated rubber door guards, plated arm restraints and arm pins, and a powder coat finish for long-lasting durability.

Built-In Adjustable Column Height

Unlike other 2-post lifts that require a separate height extension accessory, the E15 features a built-in 2-foot column height adjustment. In the standard position, the lift stands 14' 6" tall and requires a minimum 14' 7" ceiling. When configured for the extended position, the overall height increases to 16' 6" with a 16' 7" minimum ceiling requirement. This adjustable design provides maximum headroom for working underneath taller vehicles such as full-size trucks, cargo vans, and fleet vehicles, without needing to purchase additional parts.

Heavy-Duty Arms & Standard Equipment

The E15 is built for heavy lifting with 2-stage front and 2-stage rear arms, both reaching from 36 1/2" to 55" for symmetric vehicle positioning. Heavy-duty polyurethane screw pads accommodate a wide range of recommended lifting points, and stack adapters are included standard for additional reach when needed. The lift comes with a jacketed pulley-less single-point mechanical lock release system — a premium feature originally exclusive to Challenger's CL-series lifts. The rise height reaches 6' 5 3/4" (77 3/4") with a rise time of approximately 75 seconds.

Installation & Electrical Requirements

The E15 supports both single-phase and three-phase electrical configurations. Single-phase operation requires a dedicated 208–230V, 30-amp circuit. Three-phase options include 220–240V at 15 amps or 440–480V at 5 amps. The lift must be anchored into a concrete floor that is a minimum of 4 inches thick, 3,500 PSI or greater compressive strength, steel-reinforced, free from cracks or seams, and at least 28 days cured. Challenger recommends a minimum service bay of 14' 7" high (or 16' 7" for the extended configuration), 14 feet wide, and 24 feet deep. Professional installation by an authorized Panther Lift technician is available in the NJ, PA, and NY tri-state area.

Frequently Asked Questions

The E15 has two height configurations. In the standard position (14' 6" tall), a minimum ceiling height of 14' 7" is required. In the extended position (16' 6" tall), a minimum ceiling height of 16' 7" is required. Measure your ceiling height before ordering to determine which configuration your shop can accommodate.
The E15 is rated for vehicles up to 15,000 lbs (3,750 lbs per arm). This covers full-size pickup trucks, cargo vans, large SUVs, fleet vehicles, box trucks, and other heavy-duty vehicles. Always verify your vehicle's weight against the lift's rated capacity before use.
The E15 supports both single-phase and three-phase power. Single-phase requires a dedicated 208–230V, 30-amp circuit. Three-phase options include 220–240V at 15 amps or 440–480V at 5 amps. Confirm your shop's electrical configuration and available circuits before ordering.
The Challenger E15 is available in Red and Blue with a durable powder coat finish. Select your preferred color when placing your order through Panther Lift.
Yes. The E15 is both ALI Certified (Automotive Lift Institute) and ETL Listed (Intertek). This means it has been independently tested and verified to meet ANSI/ALI ALCTV safety and performance standards.
Challenger recommends a minimum bay size of 14' 7" high (standard configuration) or 16' 7" high (extended), 14 feet wide, and 24 feet deep. The lift's overall width is 12' 3 1/16" with 9' 1 3/8" of drive-thru clearance.
The E15 reaches a maximum rise height of 6' 5 3/4" (77 3/4") in approximately 75 seconds. The longer rise time compared to lighter-capacity lifts reflects the E15's heavy-duty 15,000 lb design.
The E15 has a built-in adjustable column height. The 14' 6" standard position fits shops with lower ceilings (minimum 14' 7") while the 16' 6" extended position provides additional overhead clearance for working under taller vehicles like full-size trucks and cargo vans. The height adjustment is built in — no separate extension kit is needed.
The E15 includes four heavy-duty 2-stage lift arms, heavy-duty polyurethane screw pads, stack adapters (short 4" and long 8" extensions), a jacketed pulley-less single-point mechanical lock release, padded overhead shut-off, dual integrated rubber door guards, plated arm restraints and arm pins, all mounting hardware, and the hydraulic power unit.
The E15 must be anchored into a concrete floor that is a minimum of 4 inches thick, has a compressive strength of 3,500 PSI or greater, is steel-reinforced, free from cracks or seams, and has been cured for at least 28 days.
Yes. Panther Lift provides professional installation services for the E15 in the NJ, PA, and NY tri-state area. Our factory-trained technicians handle complete installation including anchoring, hydraulic and electrical connections, safety testing, and operational training.
Regular maintenance includes checking hydraulic fluid levels (the E15 uses 3 gallons of 10-weight anti-foam hydraulic oil or Dexron III ATF), inspecting lift arms and restraints for wear, lubricating all pivot points and moving parts per the IOM schedule, and verifying safety lock engagement. Refer to the E15 Installation and Operation Manual for the complete maintenance schedule.
