The Challenger CLHMHTJ-1200 is a 1,200 lb hi-rise transmission jack designed for the heaviest automatic transmissions and transfer case assemblies encountered in commercial and heavy-duty vehicle service. Built for use with Challenger CLHM mobile column lift systems, the CLHMHTJ-1200 provides the extra capacity margin needed when servicing large commercial trucks, fleet vehicles, and heavy equipment where transmission assemblies routinely exceed the 1,000 lb mark.

2-Stage Air/Hydraulic Power

The two-stage power system uses compressed air for fast initial rise and transitions to air/hydraulic for precise positioning as you approach the transmission. This dual-stage approach gets you to working height quickly during the setup phase and then gives you fine control during the critical alignment and seating phase. The tilting saddle matches bellhousing angles, and a rotating head lets you orient the transmission without removing it from the jack.

Engineered for Column Lift Bays

The hi-rise design reaches vehicles elevated on mobile column lifts where standard floor-height transmission jacks cannot. The CLHMHTJ-1200 rolls easily between columns on swivel casters and provides a stable, controlled platform for removing and reinstalling heavy transmissions at full column lift height.
