The Challenger 44AK40 is the internal air line kit for the largest lifts in the Challenger lineup — the 44040, 44050, and 44060 series heavy-duty 4-post lifts rated from 40,000 to 60,000 lbs. These lifts have the longest runways and heaviest rolling jacks in the Challenger catalog, and the 44AK40 is built to match. The kit routes compressed air from the lift's pneumatic system through both runways to the front and rear rolling jack positions, eliminating the need for separate floor-run air lines.

Sized for Maximum Reach

The 44040-44060 series lifts have significantly longer runways than the 4015 or 44018 series, and the 44AK40 is cut and configured to match. Longer air line runs, larger-diameter tubing, and heavier-duty fittings ensure adequate air flow to power the large rolling jacks used on these lifts. Coiled flex lines provide the working length needed to reach jacks at any position along the extra-long runways.
