Air Lines for Alignment Rack Lifts

The Challenger 44AK18 is the internal air line kit designed specifically for 44018 series 4-post alignment rack lifts. This kit routes compressed air from the lift's pneumatic system through both runways to the front and rear rolling jack positions, providing a clean permanent installation that keeps air hoses off the shop floor. The 44018 series includes both standard and alignment rack configurations, and the 44AK18 is sized to match the runway dimensions and jack positions on these lifts.

Powers RJ9 Series Rolling Jacks

The 44018 series lifts use RJ9A (alignment rack) and RJ9S (standard) rolling jacks, both rated at 9,000 lbs. The 44AK18 provides the air connections these jacks need to operate their air/hydraulic lifting systems. Air routes from the lift through the runway I-beams and connects to each jack through coiled flex lines with NPT quick disconnects. The complete kit includes all tubing, fittings, clamps, and coiled hoses needed for installation.

Complete Installation

All hardware, fittings, tubing, and coiled air hoses are included for a complete installation. Air lines route along the inside of the runway I-beams, secured with line clamps to keep everything organized and protected from accidental damage during vehicle loading and service operations.
