Air Lines for Extra-Wide Runways

The Challenger 40230-X is an internal air line kit that routes compressed air through the extra-wide runways of 4P14Xfx, 4015X, and 4115X series 4-post lifts to power dual rolling jacks. The air line runs along the inside of the runway I-beam, providing a clean permanent installation that keeps hoses off the shop floor and out of the technician's work area. Sized specifically for extra-wide runway configurations where the standard 40230-E kit dimensions don't apply.

Complete Hardware Kit

Everything you need for a full installation is in the box: tee fittings to splice into the lift's existing air supply, 3/8-inch plastic air hose with protective cloth sheath for runway routing, two 15-foot coiled flex air hoses for connecting to the rolling jacks, 1/4-inch NPT fittings and connectors, line clamps, bolt stops for correct jack positioning, and all mounting hardware. The front jack air valve mounts vertically, and the rear valve mounts at 45 degrees for clean hose routing.

Designed for the X-Series

The 40230-X is cut and configured for the wider runway spacing and longer hose runs found on X-series lifts. Bolt stops set the correct front and rear jack positions along the runway, and the coiled flex lines provide enough reach to connect to each jack across the full runway length. Compatible with all Challenger air/hydraulic rolling jacks designed for the 4015X and 4115X series.
