Power Your Rolling Jacks Through the Runway

The Challenger 40230-E is an internal air line kit that routes compressed air from your shop's air supply through the lift's extended-length runways directly to the front and rear rolling jack positions. Instead of running separate air hoses across the shop floor to each jack, the 40230-E provides a clean, permanent installation that keeps air lines out of the work area and eliminates trip hazards. This kit is sized specifically for 4P14Efx, 4015E, and 4115E series lifts with extended-length runways.

Complete Kit — Everything Included

The kit includes tee fittings that splice into the lift's existing air supply, 3/8-inch plastic air hose with protective cloth sheath for routing along the runway I-beam, 15-foot coiled flex air hoses that connect from the runway outlets to each rolling jack, 1/4-inch NPT fittings, line clamps, bolt stops for jack positioning, and all hardware needed for installation. The front jack air valve mounts vertically, and the rear jack valve mounts at 45 degrees for optimal hose routing.

Installation & Compatibility

The air line routes along the inside of the runway I-beam, secured by line clamps at regular intervals. Bolt stops position at 50-3/4 inches and 105-3/8 inches from the front of the runway to set correct jack locations. The 15-foot coiled flex lines connect from the runway outlets to the 1/4-inch NPT quick disconnects on your rolling jacks. Compatible with all Challenger air/hydraulic rolling jacks designed for the 4015E and 4115E series.
