The Challenger 10354 Steel Hose Guard Kit protects the exposed hydraulic hoses on SRM10 and DX77 scissor lifts from vehicle tire contact, debris, and physical damage. The kit includes two 64" guard sections and one 20" corner section — all painted safety yellow for high visibility — that surface-mount along the hose routing paths to shield them from daily shop hazards.

Surface-Mounted Installation

The guards mount to the shop floor surface with included 1/4" x 1-1/2" drive anchors (38 pieces included), creating a protective steel channel over the hydraulic hoses. No cutting, welding, or modifications to the lift structure required. The safety yellow paint ensures the guards are visible to vehicle operators and foot traffic, reducing the chance of accidental contact. The heavy-gauge steel construction withstands rolling vehicle tires and shop equipment impacts without deforming.
